What is the different of "Unpolished" Needle and "Texture" Needle |
Topic: We investigate a lot of Texture-Needle on market and we found that almost there are sold for “Texture”-Needle are only “Unpolish”-Needle!! That is a very different topic you see on the picture below. There are only two ways why that is possible: |
![]() Unpollish Needle Here you see a macro photo from a “unpolished” needle. The surface is very rough with sharp jagged edges. |
![]() Texture Needle In this picture you see a real “Texture”-Needle. The needle surface is rough that make it possible to transport more ink into the skin but also smooth enough that do not damage the skin! The particular roughness of the surface is deep enough to build “ink-bags” but without sharp jagged edges! (See picture - Surface of Texture Needle) |

![]() Surface of Texture Needle Manufacturing a real "Texture" needle is no easy task. To polishing the surface form a needle that it is a Texture-Needle is not a easy process. Polish to much then is it not a Texture-Needle and lost the feature to transport more ink into the skin. No, or to less polishing, like we find a lot on market, is like you see on picture below… |
![]() Surface of Unpollish Needle THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE PRODUCTION! Of course it is easier to produce an unpolished needle by skipping one step of the production process. Most factories/suppliers of needles obviously don’t understand or just don’t want to make the final polishing step in the right way to save time and money. The result is a surface like that in this picture... this needle surface must injure the skin. |
